Ouch!!!

Ouch!! Blood, sweat and tears are the main ingredients for my life! After spending a couple of hours in #Hospital, confirmed that I have broken my toe! On Thursday! Happened out of sheer frustration with incompetence! Picked the wrong cone to kick! Flesh wound as my friend Mark would say! Still managed to help pack container with Matt. You will see me limping in the documentary #givegetgo Put a clean hanky round it with electrical tape. Dad would be proud of me! #Nurse was lovely, has ordered at least a full week of rest, glass of wine and Wimbledon! Yeh #Wimbledon might even get to hear my cousin Jo Durie commentating.
