89 years ago today 5th May Amy Johnson set off from Croydon airport solo 2 Darwin. Wow, inspiring women and men all over the world, including myself. After reading about her background and how she managed to do it without tons of money, I had a tiny thought that I could do something similar. Amazing what 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration will do. I take off May 11th 2019 to honour my hero and fly Solo2Darwin.
